TIC Triple Net
Many property owners, instead of going with a traditional sole
triple net investment property, are choosing to invest in single, larger
triple net commercial
investment properties with multiple property owners. Such
investment property is otherwise known as triple net-
TIC investment.
While
TIC investment properties are available for virtually all
investment property types, triple net-
TIC investment properties are particularly popular because of their predictable cash flow backed by national credit tenants. It is common for a
TIC sponsor to convert a multi-tenant
investment property into a triple net-
TIC through a master lease.
